with this
case, the
human race
really and
how a single
honest
person can
be
vistimised
in such a
nasty,
scandallous
way just to

truth. The
way the
media is
used to
manipulate
everything,
well, it
reminds me
of the
recent
election and
totally
stinks. But
they are
happy, they
are getting
a lot of
paydays
along the
way as are
so many
other people
and
organisations,
all on the
back of a
"missing"
little girl.
I also
wanted to
add a little
story and
hope Mr
Amaral
receives the
same light
for the end
of his dark
tunnel. We
recently
lost a house
purchase due
to some last
minute
unscrupulous
activities
on behalf of
the seller
and ended up
"homeless".
Thanks to
very good
friends and
family we
have got
through it
and just
sealed a new
home, which
is much
nicer than
the one we
lost. I am
proud now to
have a new
postcode
ending 1GA,
quite apt
really. We
have also
been
battling
energy
companies to
reverse an
incorrect
£250 invoice
and finally
today we
received a
£15 refund.
We decided
to to donate
this along
with a
Friday fiver
to Mr A's
fund as we
really hate
bullies and
we want him
to be able
to fight
these
apparantly
nasty,
divisive and
destructive
people in
the search
for truth
and justice.
Mr Amaral is
the real
1GA. So sad
he and so
many others
in Portugal
have had to
suffer at
the hands of
certain
British
people and
media I am
sad to share
my
nationality

My father died many years ago so I’ve decided to send £15 to GA for Father's Day to add to my earlier donation, also again to draw attention to the public that the McCanns had all of GA’s assets frozen, so that he had no money to survive on and to make it difficult for him to take out a counter claim against them. At least they have £1million to themselves made from the “disappearance” of Madeleine, which they said they would put toward the “Find Madeleine Fund (Limited) Co” (which they own), if necessary - well that’s a £1million more than what GA has at the moment, less of course the GoFundMe donations. What a cash cow Madeleine has become over the past 8 years for many, many people. All those that have made a penny from her “disappearance” (you all know who you are, all those who jumped on the Madeleine band wagon) should all hang their heads in shame. Poor Madeleine, she deserved much, much more than cr*p newspaper reports, people living the high life off her name, and cr*p parents who have ended up with £1million to spare in their bank account.

We fully appreciate the concerns of parents regarding the safety of their children. The allegations are taken seriously by the authorities in Cyprus. The Police responded rapidly to complaints made by British nationals that an unknown man was taking pictures and approaching children at the hotel grounds. The individual, a 19 year old foreign national, was taken into custody for questioning. He has been living in Cyprus with his parents for the past few years and has no police record. His mobile phone, personal computer and home were thoroughly searched by the Police and nothing incriminating or suspicious was found. The Police also took statements from the British parents who filed the complaint, as well as from the children themselves. Their statements did not corroborate the allegations concerning a possible abduction plan on the part of the said foreign national. All allegations were duly examined and no evidence was found to support them. The various press reports in the UK alleging a planned abduction of children from the hotel by a group of foreign nationals are, therefore, unsubstantiated. In view of the fact that due process has been followed, the Cyprus government considers that the news stories in the UK media do not reflect the facts, thus unfairly tarnishing the good reputation of Cyprus. The Cyprus Government has excellent co-operation with the competent British authorities in many fields, including crime and justice affairs. The Cyprus Police has been in continuous contact and is cooperating with the British High Commission in Cyprus regarding this matter. Cyprus is a hospitable holiday destination that receives almost 2.5 million visitors a year. I gave instructions to the staff to start looking for her and we found her half an hour later, walking alone in a street behind the hotel. How many times over eight years have we heard or seen the the words 'ABDUCTION' or 'ABDUCTED' screaming out at us from the newsstands, our t.v.s, posters etc. All, in my opinion, to brainwash us and put the fear of God into people. Is it me, or do they prefer to use the word 'missing' a lot more nowadays? ..I wonder why? I'm a nana of 2 & please bear with as I'm not as eloquent as many of you are. My husband calls me paranoid because I don't let my grandchildren out of my sight; not even into our fenced garden without one or both of us to keep an eye on them. I reminded him that if it was the McCann's 4 year old chipped Labrador that was missing (I know, but it's just to make my point), they'd probably have had it returned in days, if not hours. One thing I'm quite sure of though. In an attempt to get their dog back, they wouldn't have put out posters of a more photogenic, cute, little doe eyed puppy! Is this what it's all about; putting the fear of God into us so that we all get our kids microchipped? I dismissed the 'neglect' angle long ago. All lies in an attempt to give credence to their 'abduction' story. Thank you McCanns for not letting me allow my grandchildren have even a little bit of the freedom my own kids were afforded. Your brainwashing worked to an extent! Next time, whoever's in charge of casting, please employ a few unknown budding actors who have at least a fighting chance of convincing us peasants that their kid's been snatched....er...I mean kidnapped...sorry, ABDUCTED!

The Wayback Archive Org in USA have now become embroiled in this case . Their office manager has sent out two conflicting e-mails, one readily acknowledging the existence of a CEOP file relating to the disappearance of MM archived on 30th April 2007 (three days prior to the date of her disappearance and four days prior to first press reportage on 4th May). The second e-mail from Wayback states that this is not, after all, the situation, and that the date of that file is wrong. I am no techie but even I can see that this makes no sense - the earliest date of archive is the earliest date of its existence and that is that, as far as I am aware, is the only feasible explanation. All relevant codes as well as contemporaneous news items are present alongside this file, I understand, all correctly dated and timed in line with expectations. I am at a loss over this case, I really am. And it is about time TPTB got a grip and realised the harm it is doing to the reputation of this country. When is someone going to call time on this eight year long farce? And more notably, when is that child going to be allowed to rest in peace? I note that Mr Desmond (owner of the Daily Express) has vented on Radio 4 yesterday about being sued by the McCanns to the tune of £500,000, when all along they had paid that very same amount to Bell Pottinger PR Company to keep them on the front pages of UK newspapers for a year. He mentions Bill Kenwright conveying to him how pleased the McCanns were with their presence on the front pages. That, of course, pertained only until such time as the reportage from Portugal cast their story in a different light. Then they sued. This says, quite categorically that the McCanns were attempting to influence the reportage of news of this country. Incredibly, they then went on to the Hacked Off merry-go-round and ended up whingeing to Lord Leveson who lapped up their agony and castigated the Daily Express who had, after all, only reported the news, as Desmond said yesterday, fairly. So what we are faced with, in effect, is certain powerful individuals using the press and media as a personal propaganda machine. And God help anyone who questions the status quo, as poor Brenda Leyland discovered. I sit here wondering how many people on the periphery of this hellish nonsense are going to start doing some calculations, seeing which way public opinion has gone despite the best efforts of TPTB. How many of them think it would be a good time to declare what they know without further delay? How many of them are going to brazen it out and risk the almighty wrath that will certainly descend on their heads when the British public know all - which I have no doubt they will, they know a huge amount already. Perjury, perverting the course of justice and misconduct in office - all these offences carry a high prison sentence. And from what I see, the public will be in no mood to listen to underlings plead on the day they give an account of themselves in court "I was only following orders."

Now with my techie hat on. That CEOP webpage found in the Wayback Machine. Wait and see what happens. This could be a complete red herring and be a "look over here, not over there" type of diversion. It could be a problem with Wayback but since their data has been previously admitted into court, I would suggest they would protect their reputation otherwise the courts will be busy with a large number of appeals. It could be a search range although there is investigation on that. Wayback have been inconsistent in their responses which makes me think some lawyers letters have been flying about. We pray for Goncalo Amaral in our prayer times together that there will be courageous, honourable men and women in the various areas of the British establishment, (Government and judiciary, not forgetting MSM) who may have been involved with the McCanns who will rise above shame and embarrassment and be convicted to speak out for truth and justice. As for Kate and Gerry McCann I suppose that in time they have come to believe their lies that little Madeleine has been abducted. My heart has always been so moved for poor little Madeleine for surely she was in a truly terrible position. The very people who should be protecting her exposed her to evil - their evil. The disinterest and heinous abuse by those two callous self-centred parents, her helplessness, her silent inability to tell of her pain and suffering all reflected in the picture of her shyly clutching at her dress and those dark pools of eyes staring out at me speak volumes. They were abusers those two parents and yet the British Government have fallen over themselves to protect the McCanns. How can they? No one else has ever received the same protection and extravagant assistance. Surely there must a great many people terrified that if this matter were aired in a Court of Law all avenues of this terrible matter would have to be explored. May the truth be told one day as those who know find the courage to speak.

I have never before known a missing child investigation to be hijacked and directed by a succession of PR people and a spin-doctor. It's incredible that a family who repeatedly changed their stories and refused to cooperate with police, in regards to answering questions and returning to Portugal, can pay half a million to get positive spin on the front pages of the newspapers. Is everything we read in the press paid-for lies? The dodgy private detectives hired by the family have, for years, fed us a raft of false, sensationalist, stories via the media, including fake sightings which were plainly ridiculous. Some stories were about real families with children and at least one child was subjected to DNA testing and several others harassed. Their spin-doctor/spokesman even got away with playing the part of a policeman on national TV, holding up e-fits of George Harrison and Victoria Beckham lookalikes. The cycle ride looks like another publicity opportunity and, if it's true that some of those involved are actually police protection officers escorting her, far more taxpayers money will be spent on looking after her than is actually raised for charity.

I wish I could afford more but I'll be back. I hope the fund reaches 29,000 tonight! The trouble with telling one lie is that it leads to more and more lies. Mr Amaral has never had to change his story which has the ring of truth. I really hope his appeal is successful. I refuse to join in gossip about the McCanns but they have done themselves no favours by their conflicting statements, it doesn't build confidence in their honesty! My opinion is not based on the various theories that are put forward or on some of the sarcastic and unkind videos. I have based my conclusions on their own words and actions. I would love for Madeline to be found safe and well but sadly the chances seem remote. Whether Mr Amaral's conclusions about what happened are correct or not doesn't affect my contributions as I feel he was looking for the truth and his book was in defence of the slurs being published about the investigation. It never came over to me as a hateful or personal attack on the parents.

It's very interesting to see the lengths those opposed to truth and justice are prepared to go to in order to prevent 2 things - (1) money for Gonçalo Amaral's appeal, and (2) information about this case being read by the public. In some ways I think the second is what they fear most, they're terrified that things originally kept carefully hidden from the public are now seeing the light of day. I also seem to remember some of them saying this fund would be lucky to bring in about £2,000, it must be an almighty shock to them to realise that not only did it reach its target of £25,000 so quickly, but is still being supported by those who believe in justice. They really do need to face the fact that the questions being asked about Madeleine's disappearance aren't going to go away, the number of abduction sceptics are growing as time goes by, and that their own feeble dirty tricks campaign to stop these questions getting further publicity is doomed to failure. Those who have nothing to hide have nothing to fear from questions being asked publicly and information being aired publicly, so why their panic?

The McCanns disabled Goncalo Amaral financially, no doubt hoping for an easy ride, and then invested six years of their lives hounding him through the courts. That's an extraordinary amount of time, effort and money for parents of a missing child to spend on what they knew was a thoroughly bogus claim... that his book had harmed the search. They couldn't produce a single piece of evidence in court to substantiate their accusation and it was thrown out by the judge, but if the book had harmed the search they'd not have stood by and waited almost a year before taking action as that would surely make them guilty of the same thing, would it not?

If the right to question something is important to you & you value your right to freedom of speech then everyone should get behind this fund and support it. It is in my opinion not just about what did or didn’t happen to Maddie eight years ago. It has progressed into a far bigger problem. Why is it that the main stream media can’t or won’t for some reason print in an unbiased way, both sides of a story? There are trolls on all sides of the debate. I myself cringe at some of the comments that are posted on line but fail to see why only those that are supporting a very brave man Mr. Amaral are the ones that get tarred with being named sick trolls. I feel an injustice has been done to Mr. Amaral and with his assets frozen how can he even expect a fair crack at justice with his finances are frozen. A level playing field is what should be in place and with the good will of those that do value their freedom of speech, I pray justice will be done. After all he was just a Detective that was doing his job at the time and has ended up eight years later looking for justice for himself as well. From the very beginning I have been unsure about this case. To discredit the only man that was truly seeking justice for Madeleine is incomprehensible to me. Moreover, why would two parents, genuinely looking for their daughter want to spends days upon days sat in court rooms when they SHOULD be searching for Madeleine. Ive questioned this case from day 1. The Find Madeleine Fund needs serious questions answered too, in my opinion, its a massive red flag....on the cover of Kates book, it states that ALL proceeds will go to the Fund....yet now, we are hearing that Kate is going to plough "a million pounds of her own money into the Fund. Money she earned from the book"......but...hang on. Wasn't the money from the book supposed to be going into the fund anyway? Didn't everyone who bought the book think the proceeds went to the Fund? ......And NOT to Kate personally? ..... So that million pounds should already be in the fund.......Kate stating she will be putting a million of her OWN money, from the sell of the book, shows how dishonest all this is, the money from,the book should ALREADY have been in the Fund. The book cover states that ALL proceeds go to the Fund.......... Therefore every book carries misleading information. Misleading the public. The publishers who have printed and distributed the book can be taken to court for printing false information . Unless they themselves were misinformed. Which may well come under the Trade Descriptions Act.

Mr & Mrs McCann, how dare you dismiss the intelligence of two Springer Spaniel dogs that are used in some of the country's highest profile crimes, and that have been involved in over 200 cases? We are not 'warped' and with memberships in Facebook groups rising steadily, already reaching close to 100,000 we can no longer be called the minority among those that have read the OFFICIAL PORTUGUESE POLICE INVESTIGATION FILES. Kate's description of us is so far from the truth. We are not 'anonymous lowlife that Kate refers to. Facebook requires everyone to use their own names and facebook pages disprove the 'friendless empty lives'. There is an internet community that care about Madeleine and search for the truth. We have studied the Police Files that were released to the public in August 2007. Translated from Portuguese by volunteers and thanks to them we have the opportunity to see all the details from the police investigation. Kate paid £100,000 from the 'fund' to have the files translated and yet did not release them for others to help in the 'search' We have read and scrutinised all the statements, viewed the forensic photos and discussed the case for 8 years. Our opinions are based on knowledge from the investigation, not the media spin that the UK public have been subjected to. Expensive PR firms have been hired to change public opinion of the McCanns, from hostility to sympathy, and the media continues to print stories that are 'approved' by the McCanns. Once the UK public are aware that the files exist and they have the opportunity to read them then opinion will be based on knowledge and they may start to realise that they have only heard one side of the story and their perception of the Portuguese police investigation is far from the truth. I encourage everyone to take the time to find out the truth about the investigation and realise it was nothing like the media present it. Gonçalo Amaral was coordinator of the case and at times there were 250 officers on the ground. Approx 1400 diligences were carried out in less than 2 weeks and that does not include following up on sightings which required approx 3,000 diligences.... Officers responded immediately, forensics and dogs were on scene within 2 hrs, efforts to contact airport and all cars were advised. Officers stayed all night after being raised from their beds or on their day off and the biggest search operation in Portuguese history. Nothing like the media portrayed the police and subsequently the perception of the UK public that haven't read the files. Discrediting the police would, maybe, give justification if the public were to question whether the parents were complicit but once the UK public have looked at any of the files they will realise they have been fed misinformation about the police and in particular Gonçalo Amaral who wrote his book based on the information from the files (recognised by a judge). We all support this man who has suffered greatly in his personal life because of his belief, shared by the 'investigation' but continues to fight for the truth. We stand by him in the fight for the truth to be exposed, and thanks to Snr Amaral, one day it will. We remember those that can no longer join us but who's efforts will not be forgotten. I would like to say how very sorry I feel for Madeleine’s younger brother and sister, the forgotten victims in this disgraceful affair, because they will soon be old enough to use the internet and begin to understand the full implications of what happened that fateful night in 2007 - that they too had been left alone, and therefore could have been abducted instead of Madeleine. Another small donation. A huge injustice has been done to Dr Amaral. State-sponsored injustice of this nature follows predictable lines and I have been reflecting on the wider malaise in our society - that of secrecy.The tissue of lies in cases like the Madeleine McCann case are exactly that, lots and lots of very thin layers that tear and break down over time. We currently are witness to the unravelling of another case decades on: the Kincora Boys' Home scandal (Channel 4 News) and the involvement of intelligence services is damning. Children's lives decimated by faceless, unaccountable people who make arbitrary and amoral decisions as to the "greater good" of society. There was a man called Colin Wallace. He evidently tried to call a halt to the abuse at Kincora, abuse which was being filmed and used for blackmail in counter-terrorism ops. This man of significant military rank, Wallace, ended up in prison on some trumped-up charge for his trouble, but is back today with his head held high, still telling a story of boys who were deemed "collateral damage" by intelligence services. There are dark forces everywhere in society, particularly where secrecy is involved, but when these dark forces are embedded in MI5, MI6 , the Home Office, the Diplomatic Service and immune from prosecution due to the Official Secrets Act it is little wonder we are descending into a miasma of immorality. And IT IS painful to see the ugly stain spread across the face of Blake's towering land with the echo of the abiding question he posed forever ringing in our ears: "And was Jerusalem builded here?" . I saw Theresa May fielding questions from Keith Vaz at a recent Home Affairs Select Committee regarding the Child Sex Abuse Inquiry. She was playing with words as only Ms May can, repeatedly conceding that she would "hope" whistle-blowers to the enquiry would not be prosecuted under the OSA. That was as far as she would be pressed. She "HOPED". Not long after this, I read on Exaro News that there had been a late night vote in Parliament just weeks before she appeared in front of this Committee. John Mann (Lab) had, in February 2015, put forward a motion with, I believe, two small clause amendments to the Official Secrets Act and SPECIFIC ONLY to the Child Abuse Inquiry. It was a way to release those previously constrained by the OSA but with information to give the Child Abuse Inquiry. The clause would release them from fear of prosecution and subsequent imprisonment for contravening the OSA. This important vote went unreported in the MSM and I suspect few are even aware of it today. I was gobsmacked to discover that this supposed FREE VOTE had obviously been whipped along party lines. With a few exceptions, the Tories, and the LibDems had voted AGAINST, and the Labour party had voted FOR the amendment. Incredulous, I ran my eyes down the list of MPs (available on Exaro News) to see which way individuals had voted. From what I saw it was no wonder Ms May had very good reason to only "HOPE" that no one would end up in gaol for speaking to the Inquiry, as you too can discover at your leisure if you have five minutes to spare.

We are both retired to the South East Coast of Australia and took a great interest in the McCann’s assertion that Madeleine had been abducted. I have had five children and have several grandchildren whose safety is of great concern to me. We have a case here in Australia similar to the McCanns. Our police are investigating the possible operation of a paedophile ring in relation to that child's disappearance in the area in question. The very people who should be thanking him for making every endeavour to discover the truth have sought to suffocate his findings and instead have a vituperative desire to destroy Goncalo, ably assisted by main stream media and in particular, Murdoch and the Daily Mail. The desire of MSM to attack anyone defending Amaral as a Troll is grossly unfair and hypocritical. Murdoch’s empire are the real Trolls who have destroyed many peoples’ lives with their ‘phone hacking activities which went on for years. When exposed, they tried to destroy all those who had brought their devious behaviour to light. I recently watched a you tube video made by a photographer with 40 years experience. He had examined the 'last photo' by the pool & stated categorically that that photo was a fraud & had without a doubt been photoshopped. He pointed out the reasons why the photo could not possibly be genuine (shadows etc.). I want to know WHY??? Why would someone go to all that trouble & doctor a photo? Apparently in 2007 the McCanns were so broke they had to pay their mortgage from public donations to the Find Maddy fund but eight years on they 'plan to plough £1 million of their own money into the search for their missing daughter if police halt their investigation'. It's reported the £1 million came from Kate McCanns book "Madeleine" but in 2011, at the time of publication, we were assured that every penny would go toward the search... A quick google search reveals a complete lack of 'Maddie' news for almost a month! Have the disgraceful MSM been silenced at last by the voices of the dissenting 'trolls' - all supporting the brave, honourable, dignified and much maligned Dr Goncalo Amaral? Leanne Baulch - you have done a great service to truth and justice by setting up this fund, where it is so easy to contribute and make a supportive comment - without fear of retribution. I have donated before anonymously, but given the number of people who have bravely used their names (and in some cases pictures) I should be brave enough to do the same. The reluctance of people to use their names is understandable because there are powerful people supporting the McCanns -- the strong support of the British government is obvious. I have read Goncalo Amaral's book. In the book he mostly presents the facts as he saw them, but towards the end of the book he expresses an opinion about what happened. Essentially, he believes that the McCanns left Madeleine alone, she had a fatal accident, and then the McCanns covered up the death to protect their reputations. I think this is what the McCanns disputed and claimed was defamatory. I actually think that Goncal Amaral is wrong. Why would the British government provide such strong support to a couple of provincial doctors that got careless and unlucky on holiday? My guess is that Madeleine's disappearance involved someone of high status in the British government or the European Union who is a pedophile. Our supposed betters think it is "not in the national interest" to see such people exposed and prosecuted. I disagree. I think the reputation of Britain is seriously damaged if it is seen to protect pedophiles simply because a few people consider them to be important.

The McCann believers have accused Sr Amaral of some things that really are not good, referring to both prior to little Madeleine being reported `disappeared` and after the fact. Perhaps some of those accusations are partly true, some things way be wholly true, some allegations may be twisted truths. I for one don`t know and nor do many others. Their believers mistake on this is thinking that we are so concerned with those other various other matters, and that we are all looking for him to be a divine sinless saint instead of a human being who isn`t without faults. They fail to realise we accept him as he is, warts and all. Their believers also seem to think we all totally agree with the opinion of others in, not least the PJ, and Sr Amaral that Madeleine died by accident in 5a and that her parents and others hid her poor little body. We don`t all believe that. Some do. Some have other firm opinions. Many don`t know quite what to think. However, what unites us all is the contradictions and behaviour of the tapas 9, the unprecedented and continuing assistance of the highest not only in successive governments (particularly those of perverse repute), the breaches of laws (the parents should not have ever been allowed to act for a missing ward of court, for instance). We recognise when our common and legislative laws are ignored or twisted by the very people who are tasked with upholding them. We recognise when we see what are major precedents during the whole of the McCann affair to the axing of our rights and freedoms. We recognise suiciding when it is done. We recognise exploitation. We recognise lies, insincerity and a whole lot more. We also know that whoever did whatever to this helpless tiny child, it was DUE to her parents and it was AVOIDABLE by them. So, our support for Sr Amaral is about all of the above and much more, but most of all it is our judgement against those parents and any others who are involved in any great wrongs in this matter. Now the target has been more than reached, I am going to do what little I am able to help the fund for Ben Needham, who many of us are convinced is alive and findable. A genuine, ungreedy family with a genuinley missing child.
