SOUTH AFRICA reports nationally on Madeleine McCann's burial site.
English Translation below: Huisgenoot
South Africa's largest national magazine. Date 17 October 2013
HEADING – MADELEINE WILL JUSTICE OCCUR
Sub-heading – The place where a South African suspects the little girl was buried six years ago, is going to
be dug up:
Six years after Madeleine McCann mysteriously disappeared while on holiday with her parents, there is
a new twist in the search that gripped the world.
The backyard of one of the first suspects in the case, will eventually
be dug up, to see if the British toddler was buried there in secret.
If her remains were to be found in this picturesque
coastal town of Praia da Luz, in the property of Robert Murat, it will be due to a South African that left no stone unturned
to find her.
Last June, Cape property developer Stephen Birch (48) went to Portugal. In the coastal town where
the the three year old disappeared in 2007, he climbed over the fence of Roberts house at dawn with a radar machine, and investigated
the backyard and driveway.
The scans confirmed his suspicions that something was buried in the property. Could
that object be Maddies remains, and thus be the missing piece of the jigsaw puzzle pertaining to her disappearance?
It's a better detective story than anything that has been written, says Stephen about the search for Maddie.
If his hunch is proven correct, he will be the main character in the unraveling thereof.
After his findings
were send to the Attorney General in Portugal, and the British police were informed, he was deeply disappointed that they
did not immediately follow up the lead. It looked like all his work and costs amounting to in excess of one million rand were
in vain.
His self initiated efforts cost him more than one than a year, and kept him busy 14 hours a day, and resulted
in him almost going bankrupt.
Now after more than a year of waiting and hoping, the Portuguese newspaper Correio
da Manha has let Stephen know that Robert has agreed to allow the backyard to be dug up. The world has a need to get closure
on the case, says Stephen. It's about a little girl that requires a proper burial.
In 2011 Stephen began showing
interest in the case for the first time, four years after Maddie disappeared one evening from her parents, Kate, a house doctor,
and Gerry, a medical specialist , holiday apartment. They left her and their sleeping twins, Amelie and Sean (then 2)
behind while they together with friends ate at a nearby restaurant.
I sat in my office one day and a friend asked
me if I had heard of the Madeleine McCann case. I did not know the details and watched a YouTube video. I remembered that
I thought "this is a cute little girl "says Stephen in Cape Town. His interest was pricked when he saw a video insert
from Gonsalo Amaral, the original chief investigator. Gonsalo later wrote a book about it. "The Truth of the lie".
Maddies parents were at this stadium themselves suspects, and her father is now wanting to claim damages from Gonsalo
about accusations made in the book.
In 2008, the McCann’s were successful in demanding damages against the
British and Portuguese media groups for deformation.
At the beginning Stephen based his detective work on the findings
of Gonsalo. He established that Maddie died in the apartment as a result of an accident near the sofa/couch. He also believed
that her parents fabricated the abduction to hide their neglect.
I investigated everything: the surrounding area,
who stayed where, and where everyone was at what time. Says Stephen.
He came to the conclusion that Maddie was
not kidnapped but died in the apartment. Thereafter she was taken on foot and buried nearby.
Roberts's backyard
is one of only two places where she could be buried he says. He does not want to reveal the other option.
His house
is just 130meters from the Ocean club apartment where they stayed, and it has many trees in the garden, he explains further.
All the flats are on top of each other, and everywhere is cement and stone pathways. Nowhere else could you dig such a hole.
Stephen realized that the only way he could get proof was to scan Roberts’s backyard.
He and his assistants
got accommodation in a flat next to Roberts's house. They watched the inhabitants of the house for four days to ascertain
when it would be safe to go into the property. The only time was between 5am and 5.45am when it was light enough, but before
the workers from town arrived at the resort, and caught them.
They also had to watch the weather and ensure that
the wind did not blow in the direction of Roberts dogs. For four mornings he scanned the ground quietly. It was nerve wrecking.
On the first morning, when I got back to my flat, there was not a bit of saliva in my mouth.
He sent the scans
to four independent international experts. They confirmed that something was buried under the driveway and recommended that
it be dug up.
He hopes that within 3 months the excavation will begin. The whole thing was an unbelievably exhausting
experience. I was at a stage mentally and physically drained, he says.
Stephen is a bachelor without children,
and recently visited a psychic to determine why he feels there's a strong bond between him and Maddie. She said Maddie
was a very stubborn child. Her mother struggled to control her and she was an individual in her own right. We are in that
respect very similar.
Taking everything into consideration, I should have abandoned this thing a long time ago,
but I am fighting two governments that do not want to investigate my findings. When the frustration gets too much, I think
of my father's words"If you start something, you must finish it".

THE RECENT NEWSPAPER ARTICLE THAT INFORMED SOUTH AFRICA that Madeleine McCann is dead and buried beneath the Murat
driveway
(English translation) Rapport Newspaper 29 September 2013 – South Africa, estimated circulation
in excess of 1 300 000
Heading of article is: Maddie he may search
Owner agrees that SA Man can dig
on his property to find body of missing girl.
Since Madeleine (Maddie) disappeared six years ago, various leads
worldwide have been followed up to try and find her.
Now 14 months after Stephen Birch (48) believes he found her
grave, the Cape Town businessman will be given the opportunity to solve the mystery.
Birch believes the British
girl, who was three years old, is buried 130 meters from where she went missing in the coastal town of Praia da Luz.
The Portuguese daily newspaper Correio da Manha has for the past eight months tried several times, to obtain permission
from Robert Murat to ascertain if Maddie is buried in his property as alleged by Birch.
Murat was initially the
police's main suspect, but no evidence could be found that could link him to Maddie's disappearance. Later he won
a civil claim amounting to millions of Euro's against the media.
Correio da Manha let Birch know this past
week that Murat had agreed to the excavation and negotiations with his lawyer. Murat apparently wants several thousand Euros
for any damage that may be caused.
Rapport newspaper reported in June last year, that Birch claimed he illegally
entered the property of Murat's aged mother in Praia da Luz on the Algarve region.
Birch apparently took scans
of the ground in the property. He states that the scans show an object like a child or animal on a secluded portion of the
property. Photo’s in Birch's possession show that police never did excavations in that section at the time.
Birch has continued with an online campaign since making the allegations. It is aimed at the British and Portuguese government,
and Maddies parents, in the hope that his findings will be investigated.
Kate McCann, Maddies mother then on a
British TV program asked sarcastically: "Who is Stephen Birch actually?"
"He is not a reliable source"
she said. In reaction to her statement Birch said," If it was your child and there was a chance that she was buried there,
would you not do everything possible to ensure that the findings are not true. Unless of course you have something to hide
and you want nobody near the place.
The McCann's originally said Maddie disappeared when she was left alone
in the holiday flat, while they were eating in a nearby restaurant.
The parents are currently involved in a civil
litigation matter in Portugal with the country's original head of police Gonsalo Amaral. Amaral wrote a book in 2008 called
"The Truth of the lie" in which he states the parents accidentally killed the child, and buried her body. Birch
believes that the civil case has now contributed to Murat wanting to allow him to excavate. He is worried that the remains
will be removed, but says luckily he has scans photos' and a video of where Maddie is buried.
If he is right,
the Capetonian businessman will become internationally famous, and will possibly receive millions of pounds as a reward.

The person carrying Madeleine walked right past the 24 hours reception area, up this lane, climbed over a low 1.2meter
high back fence line into the Murat backyard, and buried Madeleine in a pre-dug hole - at the time the rear gravel driveway
did not exist. (Madeleine's creche was above the 24hour reception)

Go through those two gates, turn immediately left and dig down approximately 600mm and you,ll find the corpse of Madeleine

Another photo angle of the Murat rear gravel driveway. See how it serves no purpose and goes nowhere. Look how low
the back fence-line is. I climbed over it 4 times with ease and went into the yard and onto the driveway. Once you on the
driveway no one can see you from the outside, and no one can see you from inside the house, which has high foundations, and
is set back.

This is a Rotherberger drain camera with a LED light on the tip we took with on the trip. The idea was to excavate
the grave and push the camera down into a small hole and film the corpse without disturbing the crime scene. Unfortunately
we hit a hard layer, probably tarr, some 30mm below the layer of pebbles on the surface, and were unable to dig further

Portugal's largest newspaper Correio da Manha reports on my findings that the body of Madeleine McCann lies buried
below the Murat rear gravel driveway.
My findings appeared 18 times in the newspaper. (See Albums – Birch
findings- Portugal)
The government refuses to exhume the body of Madeleine McCann for "diplomatic reasons",
after Portuguese police found Madeleine's corpse in the Murat garden and removed hair & body fluid off her corpse
and planted it in the parents hire car, to solicit a confession from them. The Renault Scenic was hired 25 days after Madeleine
disappeared. Murat had been framed. The case was closed due to evidence being tampered with. The British government then fabricates
suspects and sightings in order to shift the focus away from the Murat property. Three year old Madeleine McCann is left
under a driveway in Portugal and abandoned by the Portuguese government............(PLEASE SHARE ON FACEBOOK)

It's the
key to solving the mystery surrounding the disappearance of Madeleine McCann --------- look carefully, do you see the wooden
plank resting ontop of the rubble. It never moved in 4 months despite Portuguese police searching the Murat proeprty on the
4th and 5th August 2007 !!!!!!!!!!

When you watch the video of me scanning the Murat driveway, you will note 2 things, one my head is
down while I am watching the readings on the screen, and two I stop from time to time and you then see the LED screen, light
up on the machine. That's because I am saving each run the machine makes on software build into the machine. The scans
take a reading down to 3 meters below ground level. The entire driveway was first scanned in one direction in parallel lines,
and then perpendicular to the previous scans also in parallel lines. Like a chess board. So if someone tampers with the driveway,
we will be able to see it. The image you looking at is one of 25 scans taken of the driveway.

This photo taken from apartment 5A Ocean club, (the apartment from where Madeleine McCann went missing),
shows just how close the front gate of the Murat property is, at the end of the road.

Friday, 25 October 2013 at 00:16
I was asked this question the other day.
"Stephen you say the body of Madeleine McCann was not carried
130 meters in a straight line between apartment 5A Ocean club and the Murat property , but instead towards the sea and then
up the main road, past the 24 hour reception office, through the parking lot of the holiday block Fugi Palms, up a narrow
pathway bordering the block and finally over the low back fence of the Murat property.
Why, Stephen would someone
take such a round about route to a burial site that is no more than 130 meters away in a straight line, down a road.
The answer lies in this photo. Looking at the photo you can clearly see the road that connects apartment 5A Ocean club (out
of sight down the road to the left of the screen) to the Murat property (out of sight down the road to the right of the screen).
But what you also notice is a huge block of apartments with balconies running parrallel with the road. In summer holiday
makers enjoy warm summer evenings sitting on the balconies, sometimes into the early hours of the morning. In actual fact
their continued presence made surveilance of the Murat property difficult for us.
You see if someone carried Madeleine
down the road directly to the Murat property , they would of been seen carrying the child away, but more importantly, they
would of been seen returning without the child !!

Friday, 25 October 2013 at 16:19
This photo of a side road looking into the back of the Murat property through the wooden gates at the end of the road,
clearly indicates why it is the only property within close proximity to apartment 5A Ocean club, where you can bury Madeleine
McCann, without being detected.

GIVE ME THE BENEFIT OF YOUR DOUBT
I believe, Robert Murat was framed after the body of Madeleine McCann
was buried in his mother's back garden on the evening of the 3rd May 2007.
I further believe the case was later
closed, as a result of someone planting Madeleine's DNA (removed off Madeleine's corpse) in the McCann hire car; hired
25 days after Madeleine went missing.
Confirmation of the dna planting, I believe sits in 4 secret files held with
UK Home Office secretary Theresa May, who refuses to release the said information. This information threatens to significantly
damage the diplomatic relations between Portugal and the UK, as confirmed by Theresa May.
Now here is my opinion:
The body of Madeleine McCann was discovered in the Murat property, but because Robert Murat had been framed, if the body was
totally exhumed, and the findings made public, Robert Murat would go to jail for the rest of his life for a crime he had not
committed. Previously Jane Tanner (a member of the Tappas 9) had identified Robert Murat as the abductor, while 3 members
of the TAPPAS 9, signed witness statements stating that they had seen Robert near or around apartment 5A, at the time Madeleine
went missing.
The planting of Madeleine's DNA in the McCann hire car would immediately shift the focus away
from the property known as Casa Lilliana, where the child lay buried, and would put the spotlight back on the parents. Brian
Healy, Kate McCann's father told Martin Brunt from Sky news the dna was planted in the McCann hire car.
IT
WORKED...... the discovery of Madeleine's dna in her parents hire car by Portuguese police together with the huge media
coverage, shifted the focus away from the Murat property as people around the world began speculating about the parents having
moved the body with their hire car.
Who do you think removed body fluid and hair off the corpse and planted it
in the McCann hire car ?

This is the main road leaving Praia da Luz towards Lagos. The
person carrying Madeleine's corpse walked up the right-hand side of this road at approximately 10pm on the eve of the
3rd May 2007, before turning left and walking past the 24 hour reception, through the parking area of the block known as Fugi

The multi-millionaire who assisted Kate and Gerry McCann, Mr Brian

Sometimes criminals get lucky:
I took this photo of the exact spot where 10 members of the Smith family
from Ireland say they saw a man running down the road with a child in his arms. A child who's arms where dangling.
The contact was made halfway between the no entry sign, and the car parked at the very end of the road. The Smith
family was walking up the road, while the man was running down the road carrying the child. At the end of the road where the
car is parked, is a "T" junction where the man carrying the child had the option of either going left or right.
Unfortunately as luck might have it, not one member of entire Smith family turned around to see which way the man
carrying the child turned. We now know he turned left at the end of the road and headed towards the 24 hour Ocean Club reception
area before climbing over the Murat rear garden fence and burying Madeleine in the garden...

CURTAIN OF DEATH
In 2011 Stephen D. Birch began investigating the Madeleine McCann case. Stephen took
sabbatical leave from his property company and over a fourteen month period began studying the Portuguese police files.
Comprising of 17 Volumes, with a global processing of approximately 4500 pages, 9 appendixes that are integrated by
55 Volumes, in which 12000 pages and other relevant pieces were gathered, analyzed it was not the sheer size of the investigation
that became apparent to Stephen, but the omitting of certain key information that was not released to the general public for
scrutiny. The omitting of this information pertinent to the case made Stephen suspicious that the Portuguese government was
complicit in a huge cover-up related to the DNA planted in the McCann hire vehicle, hired 25 days after Madeleine went missing,
the closure of the case, and Madeleine being buried in the Murat property.
This photo taken recently shows the
lane bordering the Murat rear fence-line. One can clearly see that once an individual climbs over the low fence and proceeds
through the row of hedge like trees; the individual becomes invisible to passersby once inside the Murat property.
More significant in this photo are the two individuals Stephen Carpenter and Michael James Sperrey who together with their
individual families, stayed in the adjoining block known as Fugi Palms looking into the back of the Murat property.
Stephen Carpenter and his wife Caroline were dinning in the Tappas bar the night Madeleine went missing. On their way home
that evening, Caroline says she heard someone calling/crying Madeleine, while her husband Stephen spoke to Robert Murat the
following day through the hedge. The Carpenters stayed on the ground floor of the block Fugi Palms FP02 looking straight into
the Murat backyard. Stephen Carpenters initial witness statement taken in Portugal has never been released to the public,
while no record of Caroline's witness statement exists.
Michael James Sperrey and his wife Claire Sperrey stayed
on the first floor of the block Fugi Palms FP05 looking straight into the Murat backyard. Although the Sperrey's were
booked to have dinner in the Tappas restaurant on that fateful eve of the 3rd May 2007 at 9pm, no record exists that Michael
and his wife ate that evening in the restaurant. In a witness statement given by BBC TV producer Jez Wilkins, Jez remembers
Michael acting suspiciously in the toilets outside the Tappas bar on that fateful evening at around 8.30pm.
Michael
had walked a short distance through the oval garden from his apartment, but on arriving at the Tappas restaurant spends a
significant amount of time in the adjoining toilet.
Stephen Carpenters Rogatory witness statement would later refer
to Gerry McCann's surfing friend. Michael James Sperrey is actively involved in the surfing fraternity and helped establish
a surfing museum. Michael would later be identified as "The Rusta man" while his passport photo strongly resembles
the artist impression initially created by the Portuguese police after receiving a description of the "so called"
abductor from Jane Tanner, taken on the 4th May 2007.
No witness statements pertaining to Michael James Sperrey
and his wife Claire exist !!

PORTUGAL'S PRIME MINISTER writes to Stephen D. Birch about MADELEINE MCCANN
On the 10th September 2012,
the Office of the Prime Minister of Portugal wrote a letter to Stephen D. Birch stressing that Portuguese police using equipment
belonging to the University of Averio had scanned the Murat property with a ground penetrating radar machine on the 4th &
5th August 2007 and had found nothing.
Several weeks later Stephen challenged Portugal's Prime Minister in
Portugal’s largest newspaper Correio da Manha. In the article Stephen presented two photo's dated 15 May 2007 and
October 2007 where an undisturbed pile of building rubble could be seen with a wooden plank resting on top of it.
Stephen insisted that the child was initially buried beneath the pile of rubble and given that ground penetrating radar
equipment can only operate over flat ground, the area in question could never have been scanned. (see article date 23 October
"STARE AT THAT PILE OF BUILDING RUBBLE in the squares in the photo's.")
Portugal's Prime Minister
refused to respond further !!

Public Ministry accuses South African who claims to have

Expresso
Stephen Birch is accused of trespassing on the property of Robert Murat, the first suspect of the abduction
of Madeleine McCann. Birch does not deny the crime and says that there is a "cover-up" of the truth about what happened
to the British girl who disappeared seven years ago from Praia da Luz.

When he arrived in Portugal with a sophisticated machine and two
helpers, Stephen Birch announced that he was going to probe several patches of land in Praia da Luz in order to find the mortal
remains of Madeleine McCann, the English girl missing since May 2007. The South African businessman entered the property of
Robert Murat, an English citizen who was made an arguido in the case, and guarantees having found traces of the British girl's
body.
Now, two years later, the Public Ministry is accusing him of intrusion into a place closed to the public,
punishable with a maximum of three years imprisonment. "I do not deny the crime and I was never going to commit it,"
says Birch, speaking from South Africa, where the Public Ministry finally managed to catch up with him. "I find it strange
that they accuse me two years later, but I will go to Portugal when the trial happens," the business man says.
In July 2012, when he was in Praia da Luz, Stephen Birch dug up the land around Casa Liliana, the home of Robert Murat's
mother, without the permission of the British citizen who lives in Portugal. He guarantees to have found trace of Madeleine
McCann but the supposed discovery has never been validated by the PJ or by SY. "There is a cover-up of the truth on the
part of both governments," said Birch.
This week, SY representatives were in Portugal in order to obtain authorisation
to excavate land in Praia da Luz. The authorization has not yet been given.
